  • How does the Banner/Mural/Sign order process work?The process has 5 stages: Banner Creation, Proofing, Online Ordering, Production, & Shipping. Banner Creation: This is very easy to do as we are using the latest technology. You are able to do the following during this process * Drag and Drop Items on the Banner - Items such as Logo, Text boxes, pictures, stock images etc. * Resize Images and all information placed on banner * Download Pictures and Images. * Change Font and Font Sizes * Change colors of text Proofing: Every order must be proofed and approved by you. Once the proof is approved online it is then sent to print. Please make sure that the banner content, spelling and layout are correct as you will not be able change the order. Online Ordering: You will need to provide your contact information and billing information using Production: We use the latest digital color printer and top quality banner materials. For non-rush orders the standard production time is 72 hours. Shipping: Shipping method

Specifications of what you are looking for including art needed, art to be provided, colors, text and layout. ? Art e-mailed in Vector Art (if possible) ? Contact Information ? Billing Information ? E-mail address to send a proof ? Delivery of Service or Items (UPS or Pickup)

  • How much does shipping cost for my order?Shipping varies and is based on weight and your location. The shipping estimate will be provided upon receiving the estimate. In some cases shipping charges may be slightly different from this estimate and will be billed to your account.

  • What is your return/refund policy?Since the products created are personalized, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on personalized items. If you have a claim of defective merchandise please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item and our customer service team will help you.

  • Can I cancel my order?No guarantees of refunds are made on orders that have begun production. You are responsible for all charges of completed work, including but not limited to: set-up charges, proofs, art charges, applicable restocking fees.
