On what type of material do you print your banners?All of our banners are printed at 300 DPI on a premium durable vinyl clothe. This is a very strong fabric with superb outdoor dependability

How do I take care of my vinyl banner after I use it?1. Clean lightly with water and/or mild detergent or hand soap. Dry the banner thoroughly with a clean soft cloth or a rag. 2. We suggest that you roll-up your banner on a tube with the image facing the outside. Do not fold the banner; folding the banner can leave creases on the folds. 3. It is suggested that you store the banner in a cool and dry place. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat, you need to keep the banner away from direct sun light and heating vents. 4. If you have creases they can be removed by heating the banner surface with a hair dryer or laying it flat out under the sun.

How fast can I get my banner?We will help you meet any event date if you need the banner in a rush if you specify it on your order form. Our standard print time is 72 hours for non-event date orders. Always estimate the standard print time with the UPS shipping method you select to estimate order.

Do I pay taxes?Only Ohio customers will be taxed if done online. Shipment on Multiple Banner Orders: If you have requested a significant volume of banners to be printed the production time may take longer. Please contact us for expected date of shipment. * Delivery begins the day your package is given to UPS. * UPS packages are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. *UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO Addresses. *Please plan on having someone available to receive package when delivered
